Rachael (Rach) brings over 20 years of recruitment experience, built around a straightforward approach: quality service, integrity and delivering the right people for the right roles.
A Western Australian local raised in a mining family and mining community, Rach has a genuine connection to the resources sector. Since beginning her recruitment career in 2006, she has worked across Australia, recruiting and managing teams across a broad range of mining and resources roles.
Known for her personal, honest and loyal approach, Rach has built long-standing relationships with both clients and candidates throughout the industry.
Her experience spans blue and white-collar recruitment at all levels, from individual placements through to managing large-scale recruitment campaigns.
