Rachael Fitzgerald, DIRECTOR
Rachael (Rach) has extensive experience in recruitment with 15 years in the industry with a key focus on quality of service, integrity and unrivalled delivery.
She is a Western Australian local raised in a mining family in a mining town. With a passion for people and mining, she began her recruitment career in 2006 and has since worked across Australia, recruiting and managing teams within the sector.
Rach is a personable recruiter who prides herself on a loyal and honest approach to recruitment and is well known and regarded in the industry.
She has had exposure to recruit across all business levels, including both blue and white-collar, in addition to working on and managing various sized client campaigns.
